Available in 2m and 4m widths and lengths up to 25m to suit your space requirements, Florida 30mm is a stunning product that looks full from any angle with no scarce patches or uneven pile heights in sight.
Durable to the max
With a dense 3/8" tuft gauge, Florida 30mm is built to withstand heavy foot traffic and usage, whether installed in a family garden or a commercial outdoor space.
As well as being impressively strong, Florida 30mm's short pile is made from a blend of straight polyethylene and curled polypropylene micro-nerve fibres. The result? A densely woven, strong layer for reliable pile retention no matter how many years go by.

When choosing artificial grass, it's important to pick a product that feels as natural as it looks. This fake grass' 30mm thickness mimics the appearance of an authentic lawn while providing a comfortable and soft feel underfoot - perfect for outdoor spaces where children and pets can safely play and relax.
The combination of light green, summer-toned grass blades with a beige field-jute thatch as a base means that your lawn will look expertly maintained and natural no matter the season, boasting a neat and tidy appearance from every angle.

Installation
Florida 30mm can be laid on various surfaces, including soil, decking, tarmac, and concrete. For a stress-free installation, take a look at our guide on how to lay artificial grass and explore our installation accessories.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
- No sand infill needed - simply add a shockpad underlay for comfort or a weed membrane to prevent weed growth.
- When laying your cuts, ensure that the grass pile runs the same way on each for a seamless look.
- 2m and 4m widths can be used interchangeably for simple space planning.
Maintenance
This low-maintenance turf only needs a sweep, rake, and hose to remove debris and dirt. It really is as simple as that! For more detail on the tips below, take a look at our full guide on how to maintain artificial grass:
- Avoid leaving heavy furniture or objects on your grass for too long, as this could cause the blades to flatten.
- Clean any messes as soon as possible to prevent staining or damaging the structural integrity of the blades.
- Never position glass tables, mirrors, and other reflective surfaces towards your lawn, as this could pose a fire risk.
Installing artificial grass is a straightforward DIY project for most gardens, patios, and balconies. The key to a long-lasting, natural-looking finish is preparing a solid, well-drained base before the grass is rolled out.
For soil areas, the existing turf is removed and replaced with a compacted sub-base (typically MOT Type 1 or granite dust),followed by a sharp sand or grano dust laying course. This creates a smooth, stable surface that prevents dips and improves drainage. For hard surfaces such as concrete, the grass can usually be fitted directly using adhesive.
Once the base is ready, the grass is rolled out, trimmed to fit, joined where required, and secured around the edges. Brushing the fibres upright and adding kiln-dried sand (if recommended by the manufacturer) helps the pile sit naturally and improves durability.
Most installations are completed in a day for an average garden.

Artificial grass is designed to be low maintenance, but a small amount of regular care will keep it looking its best for years.
For general upkeep, simply remove leaves and debris with a stiff brush or leaf blower and brush the pile against the grain to keep the fibres upright. Occasional rinsing with water will wash away dust and pollen and help the lawn stay fresh.
For homes with pets, solid waste should be removed as normal and the area lightly hosed down. Most modern artificial grasses have a permeable backing, allowing liquids to drain through easily. A mild detergent or artificial grass cleaner can be used for a deeper clean if needed.
To prevent flattening in high-traffic areas, brush the surface periodically. With this basic care, a good quality artificial lawn will maintain its colour and shape for many years.
